The neck enables us to move our head around so that we can see what we want and need to see.
The neck usually has to work hard – too hard – because its neighbour, the upper back, is often stiff from lack of use and poor posture.
Our take on neck exercises is that you’ve got to loosen the upper back to take the strain off your neck.
